Cy Linke ist Autor:in, Regisseur:in, Performancekünstler:in und Bodyworker:in.Linke studierte 
Philosophie-Künste-Medien an der Universität
Hildesheim und Regie an HfMT in Hamburg und an der ZHdK in Zürich. Mit der Abschlussproduktion “Fallen (durchgestrichen)” wurde Linke zum Körber Studio Junge Regie 2022 und zum OUT NOW Festival Bremen 2023 eingeladen.
Zuletzt arbeitete Linke in “Kaputt, Lieben” zu chosen families,&#38;nbsp; in “Sohn* werden” zu Transitionen und Queer- und Trans*feindlichkeiten und in “Stierhunger” zu Essstörungen*, Nichtbinarität und Stierkampf. In anderen Arbeiten ging es, neben Queerness und Krankheit*, um Sex(ismus), die Angst zu fallen und zu failen, (Un-)Gehorsam, (Auf-)Begehren und um Formen von Care.
Linkes Arbeiten sind autofiktional, recherchebasiert und ein kontinuierliches Umschreiben von Geschichte(n). Sie sind always in love with their and human vulnerability und untersuchen soziale
Mikrokosmen als Brennpunkte für strukturelle Machtdynamiken und deren Veränderungen.

 im Lichthof Theater Hamburg,&#38;nbsp; 

im Neumarkt Theater Zürich, im Staatstheater Braunschweig,

bei der internationalen Annie Ernaux Konferenz in Edinburgh &#38;amp; St Andrews, im Kosmos Theater Wien, am Schauspiel Hannover, auf Kampnagel, beim Stuttgarter Literaturfestival, re:publica u.v.a.Als Performancekünstler:in war Cy Linke 

Stipendiat:in des Internationalen Forums des Berliner Theatertreffens 2025,

mit 52 HERTZ eingeladen zum Hauptsache Frei Festival Hamburg und zum 6 tage frei Festival Stuttgart 2021 und mit uniform und Schatten (Eurydike sagt) zu WE PRESENT. 2024 - 2025 war Cy Linke im Rahmen des Mentoringprogramms Re:Balance - Geschlechtergerechtigkeit in den Künsten der Rudolf Augstein Stiftung Mentee von Heinrich Horwitz.Als Autor:in erhielt Cy Linke 2024 das Baby David-Stipendium für Neues Erzählen und 2023 das Arbeitsstipendium für deutschsprachige Literatur der Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt. 2018 - 2020 war Linke im Rahmen des Mentoringprogramms des Performing Arts Programms Berlin Mentee von Nina Peters (Suhrkamp Theater Verlag). 2016 war Linke mit “am Abend ist Maidan ein lautes Wort” eingeladen zum Lyrikpreis München, 2012 Stipendiat:in der Stiftung Niedersachsen, postpoetry.NRW-Preisträger:in und mit “Portraits” eingeladen zum Lyrikpreis München und zum Treffen junger Autor:innen.Während des Studiums wurde Linke von der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes gefördert. Künstlerische Arbeiten wurden u.a. vom Goethe Institut, von der Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt und vom Fonds Darstellende Künste unterstützt.Zusammen mit der Psychologin Hannah Lesser forscht Cy Linke seit 2018 zu Gruppen, Macht und Salutogenese und hat mit Lesser die Workshops “Psychische Gesundheit in der Kulturarbeit” und “Kunst und Zoff” entwickelt. Linke erfindet außerdem Begegnungsformate wie “Über Freund:innenschaft”, eingeladen zum Festival COMMON PLACES - Tage für Partizipation und Theater 2022 oder das “Nachbar:innenschaftsspiel” im Rahmen des Nachbarschaftsarchivs 2022 kuratiert von Anna Gohmert für Menschen, die einander (noch nicht) kennen.Aktuell fragt sich Cy Linke, wie they verstärkt brave Schutz- und Visionsräume mit schaffen kann und bei all den Angeboten gegen etwas zu sein, für etwas sein kann – und zwar für pleasure &#38;amp; care? Cy Linke ist ausgebildet im Pantarei Approach und neben der künstlerischen Arbeit als Bodyworker:in tätig.

ein autofiktionaler
Stierkampf für und mit meiner Bulimie


„Ich bin Cy. Ich wurde gezeugt, während
sich Madonna auf der Bühne selbst befriedigte. Ich werde christlich
sozialisiert. Ich werde weiblich sozialisiert. Ich werde
Bulimiker:in. Ich finde heraus: Bulimie heißt wörtlich Stierhunger. Erst
ekelt mich das an, dann turnt es mich an. Ich muss einen Stier in echt
sehen. Ich will wissen, warum sich Stiere anfühlen, als kämen sie aus dem
Inneren meiner bulimischen Bilderwelt. Ich will wissen, was mit
meinem mittlerweile ex-bulimischen Körper passiert, wenn ich
Stierkämpfen lerne.“


Cy Linke wirft sich mitsamt deren inneren Stieren in die autofiktionale Arena. Zwischen Himmel und Hölle,
dem Papst und Madonna, als Stierkämpfer:in und Stier fragt Linke, ob
Essstörungen* Proteste gegen binäre oder sexistische Strukturen sind oder wie
diese Strukturen Essstörungen* hervorbringen.


Mit bulimischen Beats und Loopgerät bringt
Linke Geschichte(n) von Essstörungen*, Stierkämpfen und die Lust, Binaritäten
zu verqueeren auf dem Schlachtfeld deren Körpers zusammen, bis deren Körper zum
Dancefloor wird.

Wir haben über 100 Leute gefragt: „Woran denkst du, wenn du an Sex denkst? Woran denkst du, wenn du an Kartoffeln denkst? Was aus deinem Sexualleben möchtest du gerne auf einer Bühne sehen?“&#38;nbsp; – Und jetzt haben wir den Salat.
Wie können wir die Geschichten von 100 Leuten in einem Theaterabend miteinander verbinden? Wenn Sex für manche Menschen Experimentierfeld sein soll und für andere vertraut, wenn das, was für manche Self-care ist, andere beschämt?
Das Sex-und-Kartoffel-Team gibt nicht auf. Es schmeißt sich für euch in Schale. Wenn‘s hart auf hart kommt, teilt es sich auf. Es verschwistert sich mit sich selbst und mit der Kartoffel, die, entwurzelt und geklaut, in Europa einst genauso verteufelt wurde wie Sex und Sexualitäten. Die Kartoffel weiß wie kein anderes Gemüse: was nach Beilage aussieht, hat’s in sich.
Sex und Kartoffeln ist ein kollektiver und persönlicher Abend von euch und uns und für uns alle – auf der Suche danach, was sein kann, wenn Sex kein Tabu mehr ist, sondern pleasure wird.

Wie ähnelt die Inszenierung von Essen der Inszenierung von menschlichem Körper(fleisch), warum und was jetzt? Wer entscheidet, wer “pornös” in Szene gesetzt wird, was “sexy” oder “tasty” ist, wem welche Kartoffel gehört und wer bereitet sie zu?Als Teil der Recherche Foodporn habe ich die Fotografin Alena Schmick getroffen. Über Gespräche haben Alena und ich das visuelle Konzept unserer Bilderreihe entwickelt, in deren Mittelpunkt die Kartoffel steht. Diese Bilder sind ein Auszug der Reihe.

„Ich habe mich in drei Stuntperformer:innen verliebt. Ich schreibe ihnen Liebesmails. Etwas später stehe ich in Alisters Garage. Sie ist mit roten Matten ausgelegt. Alister trainiert mich dort. Mich suchen in der Zeit Träume davon heim, wie ich mit dem Rücken aufschlage. Ich denke: „Ich habe Angst zu fallen“, solange, bis es nicht mehr ganz stimmt.”

An Bas Jan Ader ist eine Serie aus 14 Videobriefen. David Attenberger und ich widmeten sie dem Künstler Bas Jan Ader, der seit 1975 vermisst wird. Im Jahr 1975 machte sich Bas Jan Ader auf den Weg über den Atlantik "in search of the miraculous" und verschwand spurlos. David Attenberger und ich nahmen jeweils 7 der 14 Videos auf, ein Video pro Tag, eine Woche lang, und schickten sie uns gegenseitig als künstlerischen Dialog. Die Videobriefe waren der Beginn unserer künstlerischen Begegnung. Sie führten zu&#38;nbsp;FALLEN (durchgestrichen).

52 HERTZ feierte als Kollaboration von Cy Linke (Text und Regie), Anna Gohmert (Bühne) und Eneas Nikolai Prawdzic (Dramaturgie) am 30. April 2020 am Neumarkt in Zürich Premiere. Während der Lockdown zur Schließung der Theater führte, ermöglichte 52 HERTZ Theater zuhause zu erleben. 52 HERTZ ist ein “Poststück”. Du bekommst einen Brief vom Theater zugeschickt, den du dann bei dir zuhause in der Küche öffnest, gleichzeitig mit 29 anderen Menschen, die auch für denselben Tag Post bekommen haben wie du. Die anderen 29 Personen sind auch jeweils bei sich zu Hause. Der Brief verwandelt dann jedes Zuhause in ein Theater. Daher der Name des Genres “Zuhause Theater”.
Regisseur:in Cy Linke sprach im Rahmen eines Podcasts über die Produktion 52 HERTZ.

Das Stück wurde zum Festival “6 tage frei” 2021 in Stuttgart eingeladen. Das biennale Festival bietet dem Publikum die Gelegenheit, sich einen Überblick über die herausragendsten Produktionen Baden-Württembergs der letzten zwei Jahre zu verschaffen. Eine überregionale Jury aus sechs Expert:innen zeichnet zehn Produktionen aus. Ihre Auswahl präsentiert die ästhetische Vielfalt der zeitgenössischen Darstellenden Künste, stellt performative Modelle vor, die das Verhältnis zwischen Publikum und Akteur:innen, zwischen künstlerischen Disziplinen, Kunst und Gesellschaft mitunter aufstören und neu verhandeln.
Ebenfalls wurde 52 HERTZ zum “HAUPTSACHE FREI” eingeladen. “HAUPTSACHE FREI” ist das Festival der freien Darstellenden Künste Hamburgs. 2015 gegründet, bildet das Festival Jahr für Jahr eine Plattform für die Künstler:innen der Hamburger freien Szene und lädt aus dem ganzen deutschsprachigen Raum Fachleute der Szene zum Austausch und Vernetzung nach Hamburg.

Sterben Üben ist ein Essayband, kuratiert von Anna Gohmert mit Beiträgen von:Serena Ferrario, Anna-Elisabeth Frick, Anna Gohmert, Daniel Hopp, Sophie Hutter, Charlotte Klink, Valentin Leuschel, Cy Linke, Katharina Pethke, Milosz Paul Rosinski, Anne Greta Weber.“Die Publikation ist ein vielstimmiger Kanon, der sich dem Thema Endlichkeit widmet, dem wir Menschen uns letztendlich nicht entziehen können. Die Texte sind sowohl wissenschaftlicher als auch poetischer Natur, von Autor:innen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen (Kunstwissenschaft, Philosophie, Bildende Kunst, Darstellende Kunst) mit dem Gestus ihrer Wahl verfasst. Die Beiträge changieren zwischen Akzeptanz und Nicht-Akzeptanz des anstehenden Todes (ob nah oder fern). Dabei variiert die Perspektive, ob es sich um den eigenen Tod oder den einer anderen Person handelt. Die Betrachtungen reichen von Gedanken, die sich auf ein biographisches Erlebnis beziehen bis zu Essays, Textbeiträgen, die das Genre (Un)Darstellbarkeit des Sterbens in der Literatur und der bildenden Kunst erweitern. Die eingeladenen Autor:innen greifen meinen Denkanstoß auf, sich mit dem Themenkomplex Sterben zu beschäftigen und erweiterten diesen in ihrem Beitrag jeweils eigenständig.”

„Ich wollte das Eine, das es geben musste. Eine:r würde es schon machen, jede:r andere täte es auch, aber ich glaubte: Du musst es sein. Ich räkelte mich am Boden. Hatte einen Ansatz zu Brüsten, den ich zeigte, ich zeigte alles. Der pfeifende Atem sauste mir durch die Stimmritzen, als wären alle Geister der Welt in ihnen eingefangen und müssten jetzt unbedingt raus. Da mein Körper einmal entriegelt war, war ich offen, offen sogar für die Todesangst, die ich noch gar nicht kannte, offen immer für alles. Und jetzt sind da unsere ausgestreckten Körper im Schatten. Da sind deine Blicke, die mehr und mehr verschwinden. Und vielleicht werde ich ein Gänseblümchen nehmen und dich damit erschießen.“
Eurydike bricht auf wie die Holzfällerin in den Wald.

Was, wenn der Mythos von Orpheus und Eurydike eines vieler Kulturzeugnisse ist, die beweisen sollen: Männer singen, Frauen springen?
